Raynald Murphy has one passion: watercolor which he does on site everywhere in Quebec but especially in Montreal where he has always lived. He is a Fine Arts graduate from Concordia University (1975). He has taught adolescents visual arts for more than thirty years. He now offers adults drawing and painting workshops. He pomotes watercolor through his demonstrations and through his regular contribution to the magazine l’aquarelliste. He is a signature member of la Société canadienne de l’aquarelle. He has illustrated three journal books since 1907 : Carnets de Montréal, Carnets du Vieux-Montréal and Carnets du Richelieu. These are 144 page table-top books.
